You on a Diet is great and the ultimate companion to YOU: The Owner's Manual, Updated and Expanded Edition: An Insider's Guide to the Body that Will Make You Healthier and Younger

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome
I love the way the information is presented, it really drives home the importance of feeding your body the right stuff. It also inspires you to work hard at taking care of yourself both by what you eat and the importance of exercise and being still and relieving stress.
