I own the 1990 edition of this book. It claims its a design manual, but yet I cant find the info i need. any info is usually refered to external sources and papers. It more or less follows the format of "for treatment of such and such a case please refer to this book or that paper" What if I dont have or unable to find or buy those materials? Come on! as a manual, it is supposed to provide me with that information and whatever extra tables or formulae which the code does not have, not tell me to ... Read More
