This book is designed for those who want to understand TCP/IP. It explains the basics about TCP/IP, IP addresses, binary notation and operations, the OSI model and protocols that work in each layer of the OSI model.
It gives explanations about advanced TCP/IP features and tools, but it's not a step-by-step guide about them or an advanced manual useful for advanced implementations (600 pages are not enough).
