I've read many books on leadership, but this is definitely the best one for those emerging leaders leading from the middle of organizations. It's insightful and full on great advise as to how to handle almost every situation the middle leader encounters.

Rating: - Good book on the "how to's" of being a leader
This is a very good book on the `how to's' of being a leader within an organization. Not necessarily a 'top dog' leadership book, its more of a insightful look at how to get things accomplished in an organization and overcome such speed bumps as 'impossible bosses', dealing with difficult people, taking on tough jobs, etc. The book stresses teamwork and helping out people below, above and next to you on the organizational chart. A very practical book on leadership.
