This is a book that I first borrowed from a friend. I have grown up as a Christian, but sometimes didn't have answers for some of the questions asked about my faith. These were questions that I knew the answer to myself, but didn't really know how to explain it to others. Every Christian should have a copy of "why I Believe". If doubts are creeping into your faith this books will dispel them quickly. If you have a loved one who is starting to doubt their faith, or someone who is a new believer or someone who things Christianity is a crock, give them a copy of this book. It is easy to read while at the same time jam packed with facts and in depth insights.

Rating: - For a quick overview, this book can't be beat
I've given out many copies of this book to people who at least claim to be seeking the truth -- it's the best primer I've found yet on the truth of bibilical Christianity, and it can be read in a few hours. I wish I'd discovered it in the beginning of my journey instead of several years into it.
Rating: - Good, but not great.
I inherited this book from my late grandfather, and have just started reading it yesterday. I am nearly through with the book-it is a very quick read. Dr. Kennedy writes in a very clear and concise style that the average reader can understand. I do not agree with everything he writes though, keep in mind that he is a Presbyterian minister.
