Rating: - Awful Book
What a total waste of paper. So many errors in the book, and the code examples also have many errors as well. The writer's narrative style is NOT concise. Do NOT buy this book.
Rating: - Avoid this book
I paid (or I should say my company paid) right around $100 for this book and it was definitely the worst text book I've had through about 6 years of college (spread over the last 20 years). Rating: - Many parts have not been updated to Visual Studio 2005
This book was upgraded from its 2nd edition. However, there are still some parts having not been updated completely. You might need to take some time to guess. Also earlier editions were written for Visual Studio 2003 so you will have some surprise when using this textbook with Visual Studio 2005. I do not recommend this textbook if you have other choices.
