Kirkman, as far as I'm concerned, is the premiere superhero writer working in comics today. His work isn't necessarily as dark or violent as some of the other artists currently producing stuff, but (in my opinion) it's easily the best. Invincible is a believable hero, with great dialogue and interesting characters. Kirkman makes you care about all the people in his books- there's less "violence for the sake of violence" so that when a fight really comes around, it has some kind of impact.

Anyone who has read Invincible can tell you that it is one of the best super hero comic books out their. Kirkman has delivered the goods with this series and this volume is no different. This wraps up and continue to develop plotlines that were introduced several volumes back. This volume is packed with the kind of action and humor that fans ofthe series have come to love.
