My husband and I have read Max Lucado's book, It's Not About Me very recently. As always, Max has a way of capturing and holding my attention. I am always amazed, we have read several of his books, with the nearly unique, up to date vocabulary he uses to place the truths of the Bible in today's setting. I highly recommend this book.

Somehow, I've managed to be a Christian for over a decade without ever reading a book by Max Lucado, though of course, I'm quite familiar with his name. I picked up this book because the subject matter sounded good.
