Seagate's User's Guide does what any good manual is supposed to do... provide you with a good enough starting point to create powerful and customizable reports with relative ease. While it provides a fair amount of screen shots, I found that it was lacking in this area at some crucial points which left me wondering how to accomplish and follow instructions provided for the creation of some reports.
