Yes, this book is old and out of print - being first written in the seventies. But it is still valid, and there has been little research in this direction since.
Basically, Dale Alexander started loosing his hair at a very young age. Devastated, he started many years of searching for an answer. Eventually, his search would lead him to better nutrition.
