Having used version 1.0 last year, this was an obvious choice to get updated 2.0. I have not had any virus or spyware problems on my laptop or desktop computers since installing live onecare. Tune-up feature works exceptionally well and is all automatic. Great product for the average computer user.

I spent over 20 hours over three weekends trying to get this software installed on my XP computer.
