Rating: - Common sense information for over medicated population
I've been an advocate of this book for many years now. I am a massage therapist working with my Chiropractor husband. We DO NOT preach against medicine, pharmacuticals, surgery, etc.. when NECESSARY, however we do push for preventitive measures first. Proper hydration being one of the first measures. Thank God for this information....I was swimming around in the scientific medical community all my life. No real solutions, just drugs and hopelessness.
