I was not sure what I expected, but this book has none the less not delivered it. Mr. Ball uses most of the pages on lists of do's and don'ts, to a level where it sometimes becomes comical: Don't sit with your elbows on the table, do cover your tatoos etc.
Granted, there are some points in the little book, but parts of it translate to
- Do spend your time serving others as much as possible
- Do forget all about having some kind of personality
