Rating: - Outstanding diet book for diabetes and other health issues
Following the advice in this book changed my health for the better. I've been able to control diabetes and lower cholesterol and triglicerides. I find this diet to be healthy and one that I can maintain as a lifelong style of eating. It includes enough variety for me to feel satisfied, and I feel it's healthier than some of the other low carb diets out there.

I have battled the bulge for years.
This book explains how the diet works, and suggests alternative foods, and other readings.
Feel much better, and I don't cheat on the diet because I don't feel hungry.
Highly recommended to people that really want to lose weight but have not had results cutting calories and exercising.
