when i bought this item i forgot to check if it was mac compatible.
it wasn't and since i have 3 macs in the house and no pc's i donated it free to a freind who was still on pc's

I wish I knew how to use this program better but it does a good job for the parts I do understand. The one thin, I wish it had an easy understandable way to resize pictures. I downloaded some freeware to do this job.

Photoshop Elements is one of the Best Photo Editing software programs available!! Numbers one thru five have many nice features, and version six has all of them and more.

Rating: - Grey background and white text are hard to read.
I own Photoshop CS and Elements 5, and I recently purchased Elements 6. I was very disapointed to see that in Elements 6, they have changed to a grey background with white text. This is much more dificult to read than the previous versions and causes eye strain. Not all of us are young with 20/20 vision. I think this is one of the worst mistakes Adobe has made, they obviously did not look into this thoroughly. I also purchased Scott Kelby's book on Elements 6.
