Rating:  - XML Schema made easy
Reading through this book, a thought crossed my mind - the author has really put in quite a bit of effort to simplyify the dense XML Schema spec into something that is clear to understand and makes for enjoyable reading. The underlying theme throughout the book is to eliminate the complexity associated with the XML Schema spec.
This is definately the "definitive" book on XML Schema !!

Rating: - good introduction, good reference
The first two chapters of "Definitive XML Schema" provide a good overview of W3C Schema, and show that this spec is not as complicated as many people seem to think. The rest of the book is an excellent reference that (especially with its extensive index) has so far made it easy to find more detailed answers to any questions that I had.
