Comments: The performance of all independent booksellers using Amazon is much better than Amazon's own, very poor, performance. I have tried to complain before that Amazon's delivery performance is close to being unacceptable. On a previous occasion Amazon blamed the postal service. If that is correct, why do independent sellers not perform equally badly.
