Comments: THEY SHIPPED THE WRONG BOOK. THEY HAVE APOLOGIZED RESPONDED WELL AND HAVE PROMISED TO MAKE UP AS BEST THEY CAN FOR THE PROBLEM. IF THAT HAPPENS THAT WILL BE APPRECIATED. EVEN THOUGH THEY BOTCHED THE ORDER. OUR DAUGHTER STARTS SCHOOL WITHOUT HER CHEMISTRY BOOK. WE ARE WAITING FOR THE 2ND ORDER AND THAT SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO OUR REQUEST FOR ORDER STATUS.
