Comments: I received the book which looked great on the outside but had some damage on the inside. The seller was very apologetic and kindly offered to either refund the entire price or give a substantial discount. The partial discount was highly appreciated since the course was about to start and I didn't think there was time to get a replacement copy shipped.

Comments: I took into account that delivery would take a little a longer than normal, but going over 3 weeks is beyond their estimated delivery window. That alone get them 2 stars. Customer Service on the other hand was excellent.
