Comments: Emailed seller twice with no response, had to settle for a refund after waiting for a month and no book. Seller needs to learn what customer service is.

Comments: New shipping program very bad - no way to trace when package gets into bulk mail - our package is lost but we can't trace it anymore. if this is the only shipping plan, then we won't order any more from this seller.
