Comments: Book arrived okay. Long shipping time but within the shipping/receiving times. Been a long time since I have had a hard cover book shipped in two padded envelopes. I guess I got lucky that the book arrived in good shape. It was new and in pristine shape.

Comments: Received refund fast and emails explaining why I was getting a refund instead of this book since the book wasn't in stock. Gave some suggestions where I could locate this HTF (hard to find) book which may be out of print. Thanks for all your help on this.
