Comments: quite good Macmillan Press/St. Martin's Press hardcover, in very good dust jacket - clean covers and glossy jacket that has slight 'wrinkling' to top edge ; tight and sturdy binding; unmarked pages - but the first (blank) page inside the cover has quite noticeable wrinkling to top third of the page, which carries over to just the top edge of the next few pages as well, though nowhere near as noticeable, and from the point at which the text begins, throughout the book, there is just the barest evidence of this less than perfectly flat characteristic of the top edge (only) of the pages - very clean and perfectly serviceable reading and working copy with the modest fault heretofore described - ready to ship
